RONAN
PHILPOTT
Seeing the impact of education and the difference quality teaching can make led Ronan Philpott into the diverse and dynamic world of education.
Ronan brings a wealth of experience and a deep passion for educational leadership, with a background spanning schools, higher education and corporate settings in both Ireland and Australia. Most recently, Ronan oversaw Professional Growth at All Saints’ College and has worked across teaching, middle leadership and whole-school development roles.
His expertise includes school leadership, wellbeing, professional growth and culture-shaping, and he is particularly passionate about helping organisations thrive through thoughtful leadership, feedback, coaching and continuous growth. Ronan is eager to build on the strong foundations already in place at BBI, deepening partnerships and exploring innovative ways to support educators and schools.
